Kimberlee Roe is the Senior Vice President and CAO of Corporate Enterprise Security, Inc. (CESI). Ms. Roe’s skills are an integral component of the company’s corporate ethics and policy development programs related to Title VII Reviews, Human Resources, Employment Screening Processes, Client-Specific Security Research Programs, Work Force Planning, Staffing Validation and Employee Data Protection Processes. Additionally, Ms. Roe conducts policy assessments of emerging regulatory and industry trends and standards, and supports many public awareness programs and reputation management planning and training programs.
Ms. Roe is also responsible for all corporate governance and internal client service management including: Human Resources; Employee Benefits and Compensation; Finance; Vendor and Supply Management; Quality Assurance; Strategic Business Management Functions and Corporate Administrative Functions. Prior to Corporate Risk Solutions, Ms. Roe had a highly successful 20-year career in private and public health care as a Certified Emergency Nurse, Case Manager, and Nursing Administrator.
