Mr. Dolci is a Retired Director of Information Security, Physical Security and Disaster Planning for Kansas City Power & Light Company and has more than 35 years of experience in a variety of human resources, environmental, safety, security and legal fields. Mr. Dolci is a founding member of the NERC Critical Infrastructure Protection Committee, a founding member and former officer of the Kansas City Chapter of the FBI InfraGard Program, a founding member and former Chair of the Southwest Power Pool Critical Infrastructure Protection Committee, and a former member of the High Technology Crime Investigators Association. In 2001, Mr. Dolci was named one of the “Ten Best Security Directors in the United States” by Access Control and Security Systems Magazine and received a Certificate of Appreciation from the Director of the FBI for assistance rendered to the FBI in the Critical Infrastructure Protection field.
