- 37+ years of private security consulting experience in higher education, industrial and corporate security settings
- Internationally recognized security certifications as a Certified Protection Professional (CPP) and a Certified Security Project Manager (CSPM)
- Well-versed in Crime Foreseeability, CPTED (Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design) and New Urbanism Concepts
- Has achieved his certification in Risk Assessment Methodologies from Sandia National Laboratories

- Mr. Tibbs has extensive college security experience, having managed security forces for Penn Valley Community College, Cleveland Chiropractic College, Brown Mackie College and Maranatha Baptist Bible College. He also managed security for the University of Wisconsin – Madison athletic events including football, basketball, swimming, and hockey venues.
- Mr. Tibbs recently served as the project manager for a large security risk assessment and lighting design project for a large state university.
Mr. Tibbs has designed CCTV systems for many other campus settings, including: hospitals, multi-tenant high rise buildings, public and private corporate headquarters, and industrial complexes.
D. Clay Shropshire, MBA, CPP, PSP, CSPM, CPTED Practitioner, Security Consultant
- Internationally recognized security certifications as a Certified Protection Professional (CPP), a Physical Security Professional (PSP), and a Certified Security Project Manager (CSPM). Clay is also a CPTED Practitioner.
- A Masters of Business Administration (MBA) Degree with continuing graduate course work in Information Systems Management
- Extensive experience in the design and installation of integrated physical protection systems (access control, CCTV, locks, intrusion detection devices & barriers) and use of CAD systems, using CPTED (Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design), New Urbanism, and Facility Design Functions
- Mr. Shropshire’s K-12 and college/university campus experience includes providing fire, burglary, access control, and code blue design and systems installations at the Kansas City, KS and Kansas City, MO, Shawnee Mission, KS and Tonganoxie, KS school districts, Brigham Young University, Kansas University Medical Center, Washington University, and the University of Missouri – Kansas City.
